What Sisu means
Sisu is a Finnish word for the inner grit that keeps you moving when the path gets hard. Determination, resilience, and stoic bravery after the usual reserves are already spent.
It is not cinematic bravery. It is ordinary toughness. Getting out of bed when you would rather not. Keeping a promise when it would be easier to break it. Doing the next right thing without a speech or an audience.
That is the standard we try to run this company by. Quality you can verify. Testing you can check. Service that does not vanish after the order ships. The unglamorous correct thing, even when no one is watching.
Who we are
Sisu Research Supply is a brother and sister company, built by Craig and Mary.
Craig is an electrical engineer. Mary is a nurse practitioner. Both of us still work those jobs. We started Sisu because the research-supply market was full of thin documentation, loud marketing, and vendors who treated verification as optional. We wanted a business that behaves more like a lab partner than a giant corporate supplier.
We supply high-purity research compounds and related laboratory materials at a fair price, with paperwork that matches the vial. We are not racing to the lowest price. We are not buying a wall of affiliates or running a new gimmick every week. We want you to receive exactly what you paid for, on time, with a COA you can actually use.
How we test
Every batch of research compounds is third-party tested for:
- Identity
- Purity
- Mass
- Sterility
- Endotoxins
- Heavy metals
- Fentanyl
We also send two additional vials for confirmation of purity and mass. No batch is listed without a passing Certificate of Analysis.
Each batch is hand-delivered, in person, to Freedom Diagnostics. That keeps tighter control over chain of custody, and it shortens the time between testing and inventory.
